ABOUT THE 100 TOP HOSPITALS PROGRAM
Since 1993, the 100 Top Hospitals program has been dedicated to raising the bar for the visibility and use of statistically valid, actionable national benchmarks for hospital performance improvement. Our benchmarks are based on the proprietary 100 Top Hospitals Balanced Scorecard, an independent, objective, and quantitative measure of performance across a hospital. The scorecard includes key clinical, financial, and operational metrics. Winning a 100 Top Hospitals award indicates highly effective performance across the entire organization, including board members, management, medical staff, and nursing. Watch a video about the program.
